As I passed by a Heavenly salt Spa I couldn't help but notice how clean the air felt. It intrigued me enough to go inside. Well what a great find that was it's totally a cool place to relax and center yourself.
I was a little skeptical, I admit.. but I have had a sinus infection for weeks and I was going to try anything.
The staff was warm, welcoming and informative. After 5 minutes in the salt "cave" my ears popped and my sinuses started to open after about 15 minutes! I was really happy with the results. This something I can see myself doing again and again and recommending to folks who want to feel better.
Enjoyed my second session this week having halo therapy a.k.a. salt therapy ~ I have always had bronchial issues and very bad allergies So sought out many different ways of trying something more holistic when I came across an ad and knew this would be something I had to try~ you'll do anything to get some relief versus having to get hit the Inhaler everyday ~ since my first session I feel like my airways are way more open than yesterday and I don't have any feeling of shortness of breath at all today when exercising had my second session today and really could take deeper breaths as some as the 45 min session was over ~ loved this feeling and will continue with 2 sessions a week to see if I can completely stop using this inhaler over time .
Just did my first salt spa treatment here. It was AMAZING! I have asthma and have been sick off and on for 3 months, and this is the first time I've been able to breathe clearly in a long time. The facility is clean and inviting. Our party of 4 had a comfortable, private room. It was dim and calm music played softly in the background. It makes 45 minutes go so quickly!!! We all feel great. The owner is so kind and accommodating. We will be back, for sure! If you're in the Bay Area, it's worth a little trip out to Sac for a relaxing treatment.
